I would like to deeply thanks your guy Kim who helped us a lot while we stayed at your hotel. Since there was a typhoon when we were staying at your hotel and we can not came back to Tokyo due to all land transportation close. For some important reason we have to go back to Tokyo so we decided to take airplane. We can not speak Japanese and don’t understood how to go through all of those procedures. Kim was very patient and he helped us from initial search airline and booking air tickets and arranged next early morning taxi for us. It was taking about two hours to done all of those things. Now we back our home in U.S.A. we still remember that there is a guy named Kim gave us a big help when we were first time at your hotel in Japan. Kim is an excellent guy, he cares people and he truly understands what is meaningful for service. He is such a GREAT person!

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean facility, and the best hotel ever. I stayed in a double room with two people for 3 days and 4 nights. Staff was very friendly from the start. There’s very low contact with other people in general as it’s a smaller property and mainly self check in. However, every interaction you have with their staff is amazing. They do not use a key card system. They have a pin entry for the property and your room so it saves you from having to dig through your bag for your card. There’s amazing storage space, counter space, and it’s just an amazing property to stay at. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The room is extremely clean and their in house cleaning does an amazing job. Highly recommend and I will be coming back.

Hotel location was just opposite the railway station with a subway entrance right outside. Small hotel, no reception, just a computer station in the entrance hallway. Dial the number and the reception person comes down for check-in. All good, no hassles. Good size room with balcony & sliding opaque glass doors. Very clean. Toilet & large walk in shower in separate bathroom - with access hand rails - a nice touch. Basin in bedroom, which also has bench space, hanging space, bar fridge and 2 seats with a little coffee table. Nice comfy bed, hard pillows though! In all, a nice room. One USB outlet by the bed. 3 rooms per floor, 5 floors. Fabulous seafood Izakaya in the adjacent laneway. Well recommended.

Exceptional, excellent location, just opposite to Kyoto station. Lots of restaurants and shopping mall around. Downstair can reach the subway station in just a few step. Self checkin is not difficult. We could easily deal with it. No key is needed to enter the room. Spacious room comparatively to other Japanese hotel room with kitchen facility. we had 3 luggages, just keep and open them in entrance area. It’s big enough. Room is modern designed, clean and good shower facility. The water from shower head is speedy and hot enough. Air condition system allow both cool and hot wind. It’s worthy for the room rate. We definitely recommended it and will stay there again when we go to Kyoto next time.

This very new hotel was an unexpected gem. Located on the north east edge of Kyoto station right at the Porta exit A5 it has easy access to trains, busses and restaurants. The rooms are huge by Japan standards and are more like a studio than hotel room, with walk in rain shower and toilet with buttons (in English) coupled with a comfortable Queen sized bed, sofa and table. Access is by key code and there are only three rooms per floor making it very private. I loved it!
